I feel a strong affinity for assisting people in difficult situations, so represent both Plaintiff and Defense
cases. My focus has been to bring a strong work ethic and advocacy to all my cases. It is important that my clients understand that
strengths and weaknesses of their matters and the realities of legal costs. I believe clients should understand all the stages
of litigation before choosing to pursue a case, which can be very costly. My goal is to keep the fees and costs of any case
reasonable.
My experience includes: Contracts, Foreclosure and Negotiation of Mechanic's Liens, representation
at OSHA, CUIAB and National Labor Relations Board hearings, Unfair Competition, Trade Secrets and Construction Law.
I have training in Elder Law and Nursing Home litigation and am a strong advocate for those who have been injured or killed by intention
or neglect.
